Let there be a chain of schools, at every residential locality [see p 15] throughout BhaaratVarsh, so that children do not have to go far for their education. Let the children be taught in the local language so that they are able to think on their own.

Let the structure of education be designed in accordance with Hindu life style and Hindu value system, which had produced such extraordinary results [see pp 15-17] and such stable behaviour pattern that lasted for thousands of years, until Macaulay conspiracy took over the reigns [see 2.30], and Christian-English Education system corrupted the whole environment thoroughly, and seemingly beyond repair [see 2.31]. Let the Hindu Education System [see p 15] be designed with due respect towards the knowledge of the ancients [see 2.15], and the accomplishments of Hindu systems of Science [see 2.34].
